Mr. DeLoach graduated from Cornell University in 1988 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1991. He clerked for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Tom Ervin in Anderson, South Carolina until 1993 when he joined the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office where he worked in the Criminal Appeals and Capital Litigation Divisions of that office.
